Dornier Do-32 K Kiebitz



Captive observation platform. Exhaust gas from the turbine fed to the blade tips drives the rotor. Fuel supply and control is accomplished from the transport truck. Climbed with a payload of 50 kg to 300 m (984 ft) within 5 minutes. Only two prototypes were built.

Replica of first flying helicopter in the museum
On September 12 a full sized replica of the first flying helicopter was installed in the museum.
