Merckle SM 67 V2

First turbine-driven German helicopter. The flight tests suffered from vibration problems. The Bundeswehr therefore opted for the technically mature SE-3130 Alouette II in a tendering procedure for a 5-seated liaison helicopter. Only three SM-67 prototypes were produced. MBB then used this test model as a test bed for components for the Bo-105.
